HUNTSVILLE, Ala. – Chattanooga’s pitcher, Randy Wynne, gave up three solo-homers as the Lookouts suffered a 3-1 loss to the Rocket City Trash Pandas in front of a crowd of 7,219 Saturday night at Toyota Field. 

All the scoring came from the second inning. The Lookouts got on the scoreboard when Yoel Yanqui’s RBI single scored Lorenzo Cedrola, giving Chattanooga a 1-0 lead. 

The Trash Pandas launched three-run homers in the bottom of the second to push Rocket City above the Lookouts, 3-1.

Reid Detmers (1-2) held the Lookouts offense for the rest of the game. Detmers walked none and allowed five hits while striking out 10.

Wayne (1-1) absorbed the loss for the Lookouts and tossed five innings while gaving up three homers. He allowed six hits, walked none and struck out two. 

The Chattanooga Lookouts and Trash Pandas wrap up the six-game series Sunday afternoon at Toyota Field with the first pitch scheduled for 3:35 PM (EDT).
