CHATTANOOGA, Tenn. – The Chattanooga Lookouts rallied in the ninth but came up short in the 4-3 loss to the Pensacola Blue Wahoos Sunday afternoon at AT&T Field in front of a crowd of 2,507.
Pensacola was up 4-0 when the Blue Wahoos walked Braxton Lee, following with Rivas getting the first hit of the day.
Jose Barrero followed up with a three-run homer to cut Pensacola’s lead, 4-3.
The Blue Wahoos pitcher, Colton Hock, closed out the game making the final margin 4-3. With the loss, the Chattanooga Lookouts and Pensacola Blue Wahoos end in a series tie, 3-3.
The Lookouts head to Knoxville Tuesday to open up the six-game series against the Tennessee Smokies. First pitch is set for 7:00 p.m. with gates opening at 6:45 p.m.
